Pavers will be engraved on site AFTER the Promenade launches. Expect 3 months post opening for your paver to appear at the Promenade as this is NOT done through SANDAG and Griffith.

To help maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests, please observe the following rules and guidelines while visiting the Promenade.
Prohibited Activities
The following are not permitted on the Promenade:
Damaging plants, public art, or property
Explosives, fires, firecrackers, camping, or tents
Narcotics or illegal drugs
Weapons of any kind
Smoking or vaping
Sidewalk chalk
Portable barbecues or outdoor cooking
Glass containers
Unauthorized selling, vending, food trucks, or promotional activity
Unauthorized photography or video shoots
Blocking business entrances, ADA access, or fire lanes
Littering, including failure to clean up pet waste
Explicit music, obscene images, or inappropriate products
Special events may have additional prohibited items.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol consumption is limited to beverages purchased from the Promenade Bar. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Pets
Well-behaved dogs on a leash are welcome. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up and properly disposing of pet waste.
Catering & Events
Catering services must be approved in advance.
Concrete surfaces must be protected and kept clean.
Food trucks and outside vendors require prior approval and may require permits and/or San Diego County Health Department applications.
Noise Policy
Please comply with City noise ordinances. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM daily.
Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to plants, public art, or property.
Enforcement
Promenade staff reserve the right to update or modify these guidelines at any time.
Violators may be removed from the Promenade and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
